Estimated delivery times depend on the product and availability of the order. Thus delivery time will be as per the mentioned times by the customer care executives.

Customers can track their shipment online with the help of tracking reference numbers which will be provided once the shipment is sent.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.



Prices are inclusive of all taxes and duties for all Indian Customers

International orders are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, thus the prices will be exclusive of the import duties. The recipient will be liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country they are in. Payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Returns are subject to the product ordered.

Refunds will be made after the product is shipped back and received by us.

Ready to wear products can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery.

 In case of a return or exchange, the shipping charges will be borne by the customer. The store's quoted amount for shipping will be nominal & final. Refund will be made within 10 days of the approval of the refund. Bespoke and made on order/measure products cannot be returned or exchanged. 



Customised Orders once placed cannot be canceled.

Orders on ready to wear can be canceled within 24 hours.

Refund on canceled orders will be processed within 10 days.
